Cultural, Social & Emotional Intelligence

In order to effectively do community based work with diverse residents and stakeholders, we find that you first need to build some foundational inter and intra-personal skills in order to be successful. Whether that be unpacking your implicit bias and inherent privilege through our workshops and exercises, or taking part in an experiential/immersion exercise that we have honed over the years, we can help you begin to build the social, emotional and cultural awareness skills needed to do impactful community development work.

Community Engagement & Facilitation

In order to effect transformational and lasting change, you will need to develop the skills to engage with people over time and on their terms. Because of this, community engagement can take many forms, from town hall meetings and forums, to surveys, interviews and frequent communication. When doing community engagement right, you are building a lasting relationship with your community that is nurtured over time.
